Who is Diane Schneider?
You can say that buying and selling homes – Real Estate – is in my blood. For over 30 years real estate has been in my family, passed down from my father. Love of helping people “find home” is why I do what I do.
Buying or selling a home is a very personal experience, one of the biggest decisions of your life. I am here to serve your needs, to listen to your specific situation, and to provide a plan of action to accomplish your goals. It’s not about me, it’s about you.
My clients tell me their dream home situation, their current situation and I help them SEE their finish line. It is my job to make the process of buying and/or selling your home be Smooth, Efficient and Effective.
It does not matter if it is your first home or 17th home, every buying or selling experience can bring many hurdles along the way. My job is to help us get over those hurdles and get the best deal possible. I accomplish this by being slightly OCD. Not to the point of insanity, but just enough to help my clients stay one step ahead of all the necessary paperwork. This means when closing comes, we are already there at the finish line, celebrating.
One way I do this with a listing is to make sure we pre-screen buyers by providing them with a complete disclosure packet to review before they submit an offer. This keeps us from getting into contract with a buyer that may get cold feet. If a home falls out of contract and has to go back on the market, that may cost my seller both time and money.
Because every “t” is crossed and “i” dotted, I am able to move my client along the process quickly. Just because there are a lot of steps, does not mean we have to wait for them to come to us. I am proactive on behalf of my clients, getting them to that finish line as fast as possible (and we do have fun along the way).
With buyers, I educate them on the buying process, so once we find a home, we can move quickly. This involves being pre-approved and understanding their buying power, knowledge about the contract and what a seller would look for in a strong offer and marketing them to the sellers so there is an emotional connection.
My buyers get the properties they want and my sellers get the prices they need.
