About Dianne
Hi! I’m Dianne Dunn, a proud member of Team Connolly at Compass. I’m backed by a
top-producing, experienced team with a strong track record across the Nashville area,
providing the strategy, resources, and support needed to guide clients confidently
through every step of the real estate process.

After living in the Nashville and Brentwood area for more than 15 years, I bring a deep
understanding of local neighborhoods, market trends, and community life. I studied at
Belmont University’s O’More College of Design, where I strengthened both my creative
and analytical skills—foundations that continue to shape my approach to real estate. My
background has instilled a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to
exceptional service.

My professional experience has uniquely prepared me for a career in real estate. In
previous roles, I worked extensively with contracts, pricing negotiations, vendor
relationships, and project management—overseeing projects from concept through
execution. I traveled internationally, toured factories, and developed products for retail,
experiences that sharpened my ability to evaluate value, manage complex details,
communicate clearly, and negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
I also spent years developing color palettes and trend strategies across apparel,
footwear, and home dƩcor, which strengthened my eye for presentation, positioning,
and marketing—key elements in showcasing homes and properties in today’s
competitive market.

I chose real estate because it allows me to combine my passion for marketing, strategy,
and relationship-building with the opportunity to help people find homes or land that truly
align with their lifestyle and long-term goals. With the support of Team Connolly and
Compass’s innovative tools, I’m dedicated to delivering a smooth, informed, and highly
personalized experience for every client.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cheering on Nashville
Soccer Club, exploring local parks, and staying actively involved in the community I’m
proud to call home.
