"The purpose of this letter is to serve as a professional reference for Dianne Reppucci. I have worked with Dianne two different times to sell my house. In both cases I found Dianne to be extremely professional, on top of things, communicative, insightful and easy to work with. When I sold my second house I was going through a ton of stuff and my life was very chaotic. I needed someone to manage everything for me and make the selling of my home easier for me, not add to the stress. Dianne quickly and easily took control of the entire selling process and all that is involved. She brought key details to me when needed and gave me the reassurance and confidence to know I could lean on her to get everything done successfully. She was an extremely helpful with piece of the puzzle at every stage of the process. From making sure we were priced right to knowing what needed to be cleaned up and presented with a little extra sparkle to fielding, advising and negotiating offers to helping me list, sell and donate tons of stuff I needed to get rid of to managing the escrow process to handling issues with the homeowners association to helping me pack up my kitchen! How many realtors will work with you, do an excellent job at every stage, represent you well AND then when your life is crumbling help you pack your kitchen and bring dinner over for your kids. NONE! She goes above and beyond and is always helpful, extremely knowledgeable, has a great referral for ANYTHING you need and just makes the entire process easy and relaxed with a smile. She brings value before, during and after the sale. She is a true partner focused on helping her clients get what they need done.
Should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call.
Best,
" - Beth

"We have just relocated from Pebble Beach, California to Carlsbad. We worked with Dianne Reppucci from Your Home Brokerage. It was an incredibly positiveexperience from start to finish! Dianne listened to our wants, needs and timeline. She found us the perfect home and we closed in record time! She was there to respond to every email, or call and to guide us through the closing process. Her referrals of support people to help with our move-in were first rate, and she continues to be there for us as we settle into our new home and get to know our new city! Thank you Dianne!" - Pat & Cathy

"Ya know Dianne, I love my old buddy Steve Clark, but he has a tendency to oversell some things. So when he told me you were great, I was a little apprehensive. But boy was he right on the money! You were creative, thorough, fast and very effective. You work smart, you work hard, and even amid the shenanigans, you never seemed frazzled.Tracy and I were both very impressed, and would certainly sing your praises to others" - Trace

"To Whom It May Concern:This letter is written with regard to Dianne Reppucci of Your Home Brokerage with whom I have had the pleasure of working with for over 18 years. It is with the highest regard that I hold Dianne. With all of the REO brokers in the market these days, it’s hard to find someone you can trust and who will lookout for the company’s best interest. Dianne has always provided her expert opinions on marketing properties and obtaining the highest and best value to mitigate the loss on our REO properties. Occupancy status is always received within 24 hours of the assignment given. The Brokers Price Opinion is always completed with information that would assist in making the best decision to liquidate the property from our books quickly.I highly recommend Dianne Reppucci to handle any bank REO’s as she is one of the best I have had the privilege to work with.
Sincerely,
" - Susan

Charity

ANIMAL WELFARE
I have always had compassion towards animals, and today there is a fire in my belly that burns brightly when it comes to animal welfare. For every closed sale, I will donate $500 to The Pug Queen Foundation. Based in Los Angeles, The Pug Queen Foundation works with other pug rescues and provides care and new loving homes to pugs that have been abused, neglected, or abandoned. If there is a charitable organization that is near and dear to your heart, I will be happy to donate $500 at closing to the charity of your choice.

AGING IN PLACE
My town of Del Mar has a senior citizen program through Del Mar Community Connections, a volunteer-driven organization that helps our maturing residents live safely, vibrantly and independently in the homes they love. Its main focus is allowing the aging community to grow old gracefully in their homes. I have volunteered over the past 8 years for this wonderful organization driving the elderly to their doctor’s appointment, to the hair salon, or simply spending time with them by grabbing a cup of coffee or doing something as easy as bringing their trash cans in. My passion for this cause inspired me to obtain my Senior Residential Specialist Certification (SRES) this year. I can now confidently provide amazing resources to the elderly so that they understand all of their options moving forward, and know that they have a true advocate in their corner.
About Dianne

"Hello, I'm Dianne Reppucci Bierman, but you can call me 'Di.'
From a young age, I had a deep fascination with real estate. Growing up in a modest suburb of Los Angeles, I witnessed my family outgrow our childhood home. During the realtor selection process, I had the opportunity to sit in on interviews, and I was thrilled when my father chose a well-known woman realtor from our neighborhood. On Sundays, I would even explore local open houses on my bicycle, captivated by everything related to real estate.
After graduating from high school, I wasted no time in pursuing my real estate license, which I obtained in 1989. Early in my career, I aligned myself with top local brokers, eager to learn and grow. By the early 1990s, I was recruited to help run a small boutique firm specializing in bank foreclosures. For a decade, I immersed myself in a fast-paced, high-volume real estate enterprise, successfully closing over 100 escrows each year.
In 2000, I embarked on a new challenge and decided to open my own boutique real estate company alongside a trusted business associate and friend. We relocated to the stunning North County San Diego in 2003, establishing ourselves in Encinitas. My unwavering commitment to my clients is to provide them with the highest level of service, which means never taking on more business than I can handle. My ultimate goal is to guide you through the home buying or selling process, one that I am genuinely passionate about. I proudly serve clients not only in San Diego County but also in Orange County, relishing every step of helping them find their place in the world with Compass.
Residential real estate holds a special place in my heart, regardless of the deal's size. What truly matters to me is the people I work with. In today's market, clients deserve compassion, attentive listening, and unwavering trust when making one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. Maintaining open and honest communication throughout the entire real estate transaction is paramount to ensuring a positive and seamless experience. These qualities have contributed to my high rate of repeat and referral business. With great pride, I bring decades of hard-earned experience to every transaction. My commitment extends beyond simply selling real estate; it involves collaborating with you and sharing my knowledge in a constantly evolving market. Each real estate transaction is unique and should be treated as such. I understand that selling or buying a home is an emotional journey for most people, and I prioritize a genuine understanding of each client's individual needs.
During my spare time, you'll find me enjoying long walks and bike rides with my husband Steve in our quaint hometown of Del Mar. I am an avid animal advocate, dedicating my time, energy, and resources to several local animal rescues. I have three pugs of my own, Clark, Sammi, and Penny, which clearly shows my special connection to the pug breed.
I dedicate a portion of my spare time volunteering for the senior community through Del Mar Community Connections. This organization plays a crucial role in ensuring that seniors can age gracefully in place, providing them with the support and resources they need. Additionally, I've been educating myself on 'clean' beauty, 'clean' eating, and creating a 'clean-nontoxic' home environment. I believe that small adjustments can make a significant impact on our overall well-being and the health of our lovely planet."
