Dilip is a US Army veteran, global traveler, and multilingual real estate advisor specializing in luxury homes and high-end rentals throughout the greater Washington, DC area. Raised between Southern India and Charlottesville, VA, and now based in Old Town Alexandria, he combines an international perspective with disciplined service and sharp local insight.

That discipline was forged over two decades in aviation, on both sides of the mic as an air traffic controller and a licensed pilot. In a profession where precision and composure under pressure are the standard, he learned to manage complexity calmly, anticipate what others miss, and bring that same exacting attention to detail to everything he touches.
