About Dillon
Born in Columbus, Georgia and raised in a military family, Dillon learned early how much it means to find a place that truly feels like home. He has lived in communities across the country, including nearly a decade in North Carolina, so he understands both the excitement and the uncertainty of buying, selling, and relocating. After playing collegiate football in Kansas, he earned his degree from East Carolina University and built a career in professional sales.
Today, alongside his wife, a Raleigh native, he is proud to call the Triangle home and to help others build their future here.
Before joining The Coley Group at Compass, Dillon specialized in professional sales and new construction, where he became known for clear communication, meticulous preparation, and putting his clients first. His philosophy is simple: treat every purchase as if it were his own. By anticipating challenges before they arise, he delivers an experience that is thoughtful, strategic, and built to inspire confidence. Whether the goal is a primary residence, luxury property, relocation, or investment, he offers elevated service, honest guidance, and unwavering advocacy from the first conversation through closing and beyond.
Outside of real estate, Dillon enjoys traveling, fitness, reading, discovering new restaurants, and getting outdoors to hike, fish, and explore with his wife and their Sheepadoodle, Nova.
