I hope you and your family are well. I write this note in an effort to highlight a member of your Compass team. My husband and I left New York in early March for Naples, Florida, and rented a home. While isolating for several months, we grew to appreciate the area and began looking at real estate (as we tend to do around the world). We enlisted Dina Skinner, to arrange for us to see approximately 40 properties in the Naples area that checked all the boxes we provided as criteria. Dina’s work ethic kept her going from the early morning into the evening, on a daily basis. She never let up the pace, the communication, the follow-through and her quest to find our family the property that suited our needs. The time and effort she allocated to satisfy our needs was to be admired.

Upon a quick closing, as we were scheduled to return to NY, we requested several needs be met. If not for Dina taking the initiative to accomplish the myriad of significant items that needed repair, replacement, or cleaning out in very short order, the deal would not have closed. Left to the devices of the seller, who was in another state and didn’t have the foresight or dexterity to accomplish what was needed to be done (air conditioning replacement, radon system installation, electrical shutter repairs, furniture removal- not small items), the deal would have fallen apart. From real estate broker to wonder woman (minus the cape to soar above ground), Dina continued to be gracious, professional, efficient, skillful, insightful, and very kind. It was clear that she didn’t get caught in the low-level weeds, but focused on the high-level goals and doing whatever was needed to satisfy us. She is charming and thoughtful and went the extra distance.
