Dinny Dwyer

Since beginning her Real Estate Career in 1984, Dinny has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer. She was sales associate of the year at her first company for 32 years, until her managing broker retired.

Now affiliated with Compass, Dinny has continued her top producer status with a career sales volume exceeding $1.1 billion. Her real estate experience includes listing and selling single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and commercial properties. She has sold real estate across the city of Chicago and all along the entire North Shore.

Dinny’s background is in Science and Math. She attended Miami of Ohio for two years and finished at Mundelein in Chicago where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Science. Her past work experience includes working in the mortgage department of Bank One, now J.P. Morgan Chase. This work experience has enabled her to effectively assist in qualifying buyers and serve as an invaluable resource for her clients by understanding the information lenders need to expedite the loan process.

Dinny has been involved in many community activities including charitable organizations and school activities, where she has chaired and helped organize several events. Dinny and her husband John are longtime residents of the North Shore. Living in the area with their six children has helped Dinny experience and become an expert in various communities and all the services and amenities the North Shore has to offer.
