Dionne is a Native Nashvillian with strong roots in the city. She’s a proud graduate of Whites Creek Comprehensive High School, and received her Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration in Management from Clark Atlanta University. Having lived in both Nashville and Atlanta, she is very well versed in the real estate landscape of both areas.

Dionne’s experience has given her a wealth of business acumen. She owns and manages a family business, Woodcuts Gallery & Framing on Historic Jefferson Street. She also spent several years in the corporate sector providing businesses with solutions to their IT needs, garnering numerous awards for her sales skills.  Dionne is a people person with a givers heart.  Her clients praise her most for her negotiating skills, attention to detail, and her ability to stay calm under pressure, minimizing stress for all parties involved.

Real Estate has had a special place in Dionne’s heart from an early age.  She always got a thrill when her parents used to take her to open houses as a child.  There’s something about walking through a home and viewing it as a blank canvas awaiting the addition of your creativity and uniqueness.  She still gets a kick out of viewing homes, but she’s since become enamored with assisting families with finding the perfect home, and making the process as seamless as possible for them.  In 2013, with the encouragement and support of her cousin, and Broker, Page Turner, star of HGTV’s Flip or Flop Nashville and Fix My Flip, she decided to “go all in” and make real estate her full-time career. More recently, she has expanded her skillset to real estate investing by purchasing and managing investment properties and participating in long and short-term real estate deals.

Dionne prides herself in helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with her skill and expertise.  Her goal is to keep her clients informed of real estate developments and market trends, specializing in Nashville, Clarksville, Metropolitan Atlanta, and surrounding areas. Her commitment to professional development saw her selected for the Leadership Academy of Greater Nashville Realtors in 2016. Dedicated to community service, she served as a Hearing Officer with the Davidson County Assessor's Office and has contributed and participated in building homes with Habitat for Humanity. Dionne is a REALTOR®, and an active member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, Greater Nashville Realtors®, Georgia Association of Realtors®, Atlanta Realtors Association, and is an Accredited Buyers Representative, and ePRo Certified.
