About DiPali


For nearly three decades, I have advised Silicon Valley founders, executives, and venture investors on complex real estate decisions where confidentiality is strategic, not optional. My work sits at the intersection of capital, governance, and judgment, guiding pre-IPO liquidity events, multi-generational wealth transitions, and high-value off-market acquisitions.

I began my career as a market maker at the Pacific Stock Exchange, where precision around timing, price discovery, and asymmetry is essential and the cost of a misstep is measured in millions. I also worked in clinical environments in San Francisco and Oakland hospitals, developing a complementary discipline: diagnostic listening, composure under pressure, and the ability to make clear decisions when information is incomplete.

My academic work includes studies at the University of California, Berkeley and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where I completed the Stanford Executive Program and became part of the GSB alumni community. I have also engaged with research initiatives through the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI. These experiences inform a practical approach to markets increasingly shaped by data, technology, and behavioral complexity.

That combination ,  capital discipline, clinical clarity, and technical fluency,  is rare in real estate advisory. I evaluate not only properties, but incentives, structural risks, and long-term consequences across complex family and corporate balance sheets.

This is not a volume practice. It is a trust practice built on discretion, alignment, and long-term stewardship of capital. Whether advising on a first acquisition or a $16+ million strategic investment, my role is to ensure decisions are financially sound, strategically aligned, and executed with quiet precision.

I do not simply close transactions. I help protect and shape long-term capital for clients who value clarity over noise and durability over speed.
