For nearly three decades, I have served as a discreet strategic adviser behind the real estate portfolios of Silicon Valley’s founders, executives, and venture capital leaders. My work lives at the intersection of capital, governance, and human judgment, guiding pre-IPO liquidity events, multi-generational wealth transitions, and off-market acquisitions where confidentiality is not a preference, but the strategy itself.

My practice is built on a rare convergence of disciplines. As a former market-maker at the Pacific Stock Exchange, I developed an instinct for timing, price discovery, and asymmetry, skills essential when millions hinge on when not to act. My experience in clinical dietetics within San Francisco  and Oakland hospitals sharpened something equally critical: diagnostic listening, empathy, patience, and human-centered problem solving. I do not simply analyze markets; I assess people, incentives, and consequences.

Formally trained at UC Berkeley and Stanford, my approach is both rigorous and forward-looking. Through Stanford’s Institute for Human-Centered AI, I refined a decision framework that combines advanced market intelligence with human discernment, because in environments saturated with data, judgment is the true differentiator. Algorithms surface information; intuition determines outcomes.

Outside traditional finance, I cultivate composure and precision through disciplines that directly translate to high-stakes negotiation: I am a certified yoga instructor, trained in maintaining clarity under pressure, and a music producer, attuned to rhythm, pacing, and timing, elements as decisive in negotiations as they are in composition.

This is not just a volume practice. It is a trust practice. Whether advising on a first $5M residential acquisition or structuring a fifth $17M strategic investment, my role is to ensure decisions are both financially sound and personally aligned.
