About DiPali

For nearly three decades, I have advised Silicon Valley founders, executives, and venture investors on complex real estate decisions where confidentiality is strategic, not optional. My work sits at the intersection of capital, governance, and judgment, guiding pre-IPO liquidity events, multi-generational wealth transitions, and high-value off-market acquisitions.
I began my career as a market maker at the Pacific Stock Exchange, where disciplined risk management, price discovery, and rapid decision-making under uncertainty shaped every trading day. I later worked in clinical environments in San Francisco and Oakland hospitals, developing a complementary discipline: diagnostic listening, composure under pressure, and the ability to make clear decisions when information is incomplete.
My academic work includes studies at the University of California, Berkeley and the Stanford Graduate School of Business (Stanford Executive Program, GSB Alumni). I have also participated in programs and discussions through the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI, deepening my understanding of how technology, markets, and human behavior increasingly intersect. These experiences inform a practical approach to advising clients in markets shaped by data, innovation, and behavioral complexity.
That combination of capital markets experience, clinical training, and technical fluency informs a distinctive approach to real estate advisory. I evaluate not only properties, but also incentives, risk, and the long-term implications of decisions across complex family dynamics.
My role extends well beyond executing transactions. I serve as a long-term advisor, helping clients preserve capital, navigate complexity, and make decisions that remain sound long after a transaction has closed. Whether advising on a first acquisition or a $16+ million strategic investment, my objective is the same: to provide clear judgment, rigorous analysis, and quiet execution when the stakes are high.
