Dixie Rubin

Dixie has been preparing for her career in real estate her entire life. A military ""brat"" she has traveled the world, lived in many states and attended high school in England. She landed in New Orleans because this is the place that offered the most diversity in everything from people, food, architecture, music, and, well, everything. A life long learner, the pandemic presented an opportunity to put all these interests together, and she chose Real Estate.

She has worked for building material suppliers, real estate developers, lawyers, security companies, and event producers. She has spent 35+ years as Director of Operations for some of the largest events in the country. She learned that business from the bottom up – she prides herself in her attention to detail, common sense, and ability to think on her feet. Critical skills in real estate.

Outside the office, Dixie loves spending time with her young grandson, attending concerts and festivals, traveling to visit friends all over the world, and doing anything in, on, or around the water!

Dixie has lived in several different neighborhoods in this city as well as several areas on the Northshore.
