Dogan Baruh

Prior to joining, Dogan was most recently Co-Founder/President of RES, where he turned a startup company into a high-producing well-respected boutique real estate firm. 

Dogan's transition into real estate came seamlessly, in part due to the qualities that he developed during his seven years on Wall Street: a strong sense of professionalism, sharp intuition, dedication to the client, and an ability to think outside the box.

A Manhattan resident over twenty-five years, and Brooklyn the past thirteen years, Dogan has a vast knowledge of New York City’s varied neighborhoods and brings a unique and fresh perspective to the business. With more than eighteen years of experience as a real estate professional, he is an expert in exclusive luxury residential sales (coops/condos), rentals, and new development properties. He has extensive experience working with high net-worth individuals and the international community and achieves exemplary results for his discerning clients. He is always commended for his honest-straightforward approach, and has attained a reputation as a skillful negotiator and trustworthy advisor. Discreet and diligent, Dogan is dedicated to providing the very best service, always putting his clients’ best interest at the forefront.

Dogan was born in Istanbul Turkey and also lived Monte Carlo. He is fluent French,  Turkish, and proficient in Spanish. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and  International Relations from Brown University. In his free time Dogan enjoys cooking, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.
