About Domenica

Growing a successful real estate practice in Seattle serving professionals and their families since 2002, Domenica and co-founder Chad Zinda identified a gap in the stale real estate brokerage industry. Driven to develop a lifestyle-forward real estate firm dedicated to providing clients and brokers alike an environment of continuous learning and improvement, they seized the competitive edge in a tradition bound industry and created Metropolist in 2014.
