About Dominic

Dominic is a native New Yorker growing up on the Upper West and Upper East side in Manhattan and graduated from Loyola School on Park Avenue. Today he is a leading member of one of the top teams in Hamptons real estate: The Breitenbach Advisory Team(BAT). In 2022, The BAT team was recognized in Real Trends The 1000, as the #1 Small Team in the Hamptons,  #44 Small Team in the USA, and #7 Small Team in NY state with over $300 million in sales volume. 


Dominic started in real estate at an early age, sharing and understanding the management of his family's two Upper West Side mix use buildings. Today, he thrives on the energy and vitality of the East End region, working on both the listing side of transactions, as well as the buy side. 


He often finds success for his clients in the off market/private marketplace sector as well. He truly "gets" the changing nature of the modern real estate landscape and he feels that even as technology is rapidly evolving and an incredible asset in the business of real estate, he feels that the person to person dynamic is more pivotal than ever before.


Dominic is also the creator and co-founder of “BAT Disrupt”, a video content series and podcast that he and Matt Breitenbach launched in 2022. The series shines light on the various ‘disruptions’ and innovations happening in real estate, technology, and more.

If he isn’t working hard for his clients, you can find Dominic playing or coaching basketball, enjoying time in nature, or reading the Wall Street Journal Weekend edition with a good cup of coffee in hand. He has a strong passion for the arts and philanthropy.


He lives in Montauk with his wife Lindsay and their dog Lupo.
