  • 2003 - Present - Residential and land sales; farm & ranch; historic properties purchase & sales.
  • 1997-2003 - Opened and Managed Real Estate Offices in Granbury/Glen Rose, TX southwest of Fort Worth for Brooks Real Estate: farm and ranch, residential development and sales, new home construction, commercial and multi-family.
  • 1997 - Obtained Real Estate license
  • 1986-1997 - Hutchinson & Associates, a real estate development corporation; marketing & advertising. Worked with the National Main Street Program assisting with Downtown Revitalization Projects. Personally restored the Knittel Homestead and operated it as a Bed & Breakfast. Started the Burton Farmer's Gin Cotton Gin Festival which continues to this day, after spearheading the restoration of the Burton Cotton Gin as recognized by the Smithsonian Institution.
