"We interviewed Donna, along with two other agents that were recommend by friends who had recently sold homes. During the initial interview she was knowledgable about the local market, was very personable and honest, and had the substantial organizational weight of Elite Pacific Properties behind her. We selected Donna 9 months before we actually listed the property, but she had it as a pocket listing during that time. 3 months before listing we met with Donna and she introduced us to her new partner Sunita, this was done with the understanding that, if we didn't "click" with Sunita, Donna would handle us solo. About Donna
Born and raised in Honolulu and a 20-year resident of Hilo, Hawaii, Donna Duryea fully embodies the spirit of Aloha. As a 6-time top 100 seller on the islands, Donna’s experience speaks for itself. She has represented buyers and sellers from a widely diverse spectrum, and she relishes each personal connection that she makes.

Donna grew up in Honolulu, first in the Niu Valley and then in the Nu’uanu Valley. She attended high school at the University Lab School on the campus of University of Hawaii. Like most Hawaiian youth, she spent her free time hiking the lush trails in areas like Judd Forrest, surfing, and just hanging out at her favorite beaches Sandy and Makapu’u.

Heading for Colorado after her Sophomore year in college, Donna spent 31 years living on the mainland with stints in Aspen, NYC, and Bozeman, Montana. In January of 2001 the family moved back to Hawaii and settled in Hilo where her love for real estate bloomed.

As of 2021, Donna has closed over 240 million in sales with over 760 transactions. But if you ask Donna, it’s never been about the numbers. She loves helping people.
