About Donna
An Emerald Coast local with more than three decades of experience in real estate, Donna Fox has played an essential role in the growth and evolution of the greater Destin and Scenic Highway 30-A region. She represents buyers, sellers and investors in homes and condominiums throughout Okaloosa, Walton and Bay Counties, specializing in luxury properties in Fort Walton Beach (Okaloosa Island), Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, Panama City Beach and Niceville.

Born and raised in the mountains of East Tennessee, Donna vacationed on the Gulf Coast with her family during her childhood and fell in love with its sugar white beaches and emerald-green water. She made the permanent move in the late 1980s and has been active in the real estate market ever since. Her approach is centered on intimately understanding her clients’ motivations for buying or selling and executing a custom plan to achieve their lifestyle goals, whether it’s finding the perfect beach home for buyers or maximizing ROI for sellers. As a consistent top sales agent, Donna pairs her work-hard mentality with her warm personality, mitigating stress in the real estate process and building foundations for life-long relationships.
