About Donna
Donna LaPerla is a sales manager at Compass' Upper West Side office in NYC.
She joined in 2019, after working in real estate as an agent for over 11 years. She is also a 22-year veteran of the garment industry. Her extensive background in sales, enabled her to work with some of the most high-profile designers and brands.
It was in the wholesale market where she honed her skills as an excellent negotiator & marketer – leveraging them in the residential real estate arena. Over her years in real estate, she has developed a vast clientele, representing first-time buyers & sellers and savvy investors – in small transactions and multi-million dollar deals, alike. Her unwavering commitment and tireless work ethic has earned her an outstanding industry reputation. Listening and being proactive, not reactive are skills that her agents admire about her. A native New Yorker, born in Queens, she takes particular pride in the city in which she was born and raised. A proud Murray Hill co-op owner, for over 3 decades, she also sits on the board of directors, as president of the board. Donna is also a member of the Murray Hill Association, involved in her local Community Board and supports several animal rescue groups across NYC.
