About Dorian

After finishing four years of collegiate basketball, and graduating from the University of Oregon, Dorian obtained her real estate license then went right to work for her father selling and managing real estate. Together they grew his company to the second largest in their market. Beyond sales Dorian became a student of business ownership and gained a passion for entrepreneurship. When she decided to pursue New York she spent a year restructuring the business. Then she bought it. Under her leadership the company has continued to grow, increasing revenues by almost 30% in her first year. 

Once in NYC Dorian joined Frances Langbecker, a nationally ranked leader in the Manhattan real estate market. Frances ran the national sales at both The Atlantic Monthly and The New York Daily News before transitioning her career into real estate. She then built and sustained an entirely referral based business for over 20 years. Frances' in depth knowledge of finance and the New York City submarkets, combined with her business knowledge and go-getter attitude lay the foundation to lead the duo to every finish line. 

Dorian and Frances use their competitive edge to win for their clients, whether it be bringing in the highest sales price for their sellers or the toughest negotiated deal possible for their buyers. Having their client's back throughout every step of the process they provide security and relief during what is typically an anxiety producing experience.
