"My wife and I just closed on a home in Frenchman’s Reserve. Dory was our broker. She was recommended to me by a Rhode Island golfing buddy and long time friend who also knows her husband, Brad. We have friends and family in West Palm Beach and visit often and each visit invariably led to quick open house visits, bringing home realtor listing information."

"Thank god for Dory. She figured us out in about an hour and we found our house the second day. Not an ideal time to buy real estate by the way. I then went through a COVID-19 induced daily exercise of “I am in and I am out.” Not only is she an outstanding broker she is an even better therapist!"

"I can honestly tell you that I have never experienced a talent like hers. In my next life I want to either own a winery, maybe in Bordeaux or in Piedmont, both of which we visited and fell in love with…or build high end houses; Dory makes me want to be a residential developer. The heck with our office and big box retail property. It was our pleasure to be a client of your Faxon and Stanko Real Estate!"

About Dory
Dory was able to fulfill a long time dream by moving her family to the gardens area after vacationing there for over 20 years. A graduate of Boston College, Dory also graduated from Roger Williams School of Law in Rhode Island in 1999. She formerly had a career in Human Resources before she met her husband, a professional golfer, and traveled with him and their daughter on the PGA Tour for many years.

Dory has been involved with numerous nonprofit organizations and currently sits on the board of The Andrade Faxon Charities for Children, Meeting Street School, and serves on the advisory council at Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Rhode Island. She was the President of the PGA Tour Wives Association for five years. In 2010 she and her husband created the Faxon Blessings Program where, through the national organization Blessings in a Backpack, they have been feeding 500 children in five different elementary schools every weekend of the school year.

Dory enjoys spending time with her family in what she calls “paradise” here in South Florida. She plays golf, tennis and loves to try all new forms of exercise. She also continues to pursue opportunities in what she is truly passionate about which is charitable work.
