About Doug

Doug Gaeta is the founding president of Colorado Property Portal and a licensed Realtor for Compass.  A native New Yorker, his extensive background in business and finance allows him to seamlessly navigate through the processes of buying, selling, negotiating and investing in real estate with unmatched excellence.    

Doug moved to Colorado in 2010 and has been enthralled with the real estate market here ever since.  He is known for his hard work and dedication to his clients, making each experience personally tailored to fit each clients' needs and desires.  He loves to sell first-time buyers their starter home and he is deeply connected in the luxury real estate world in the Denver-metro area as well.  Doug is always up to date on market trends, analyses, and web-based technologies that afford his clients with a competitive edge in the marketplace, whether they are buyers, sellers, or investors.
