"Doug is the MAN, if you're buying a house, you need Doug Gaeta in your corner, here's why: While he's a busy guy, he was always able to make time for me and work within my schedule. We looked at houses at 7am, we looked at 8pm, probably every day of the week, and he was always able to shift things around to meet us. He's not trying to put you in the first house you find. The first agent we worked with was "buy buy buy!" Doug's approach was "If you really want it, do it, but I think you can do better" Doug would let us see the house and make our own opinion of the place instead of marching us around saying what he likes. A native New Yorker, his extensive background in business and finance allows him to seamlessly navigate through the processes of buying, selling, negotiating and investing in real estate with unmatched excellence.

Doug moved to Colorado in 2010 and has been enthralled with the real estate market here ever since. He loves to sell first-time buyers their starter home and he is deeply connected in the luxury real estate world in the Denver-metro area as well.
