Douglas Westcott

Douglas joins Compass and the Mike Domer Group after two years as a real restate professional and a successful life career in Scottsdale golf. Transitioning into a real estate professional, Douglas is now excited to bring his more than 30 years of extensive knowledge of Arizona golf in the high-end public and private club operations to the Arizona real estate business. Managing clubs such as Grayhawk Golf Club (10 years) and Desert Highlands Golf Club (20 years), Douglas has first-hand knowledge of the relationship between club operations and club real estate. North Scottsdale Clubs are wonderful places to call home or even a part time home. Douglas has worked closely with and has a deep understanding of our world-renowned Scottsdale clubs such as Desert Highlands, Grayhawk, Troon North, The Country Club at DC Ranch, Desert Mountain, Estancia, Silverleaf and Whisper Rock to name a few. Every club is different and Douglas as a PGA Member brings an expertise in North Scottsdale golf clubs to the real estate professional and client relationship. Douglas has a hard-working attitude to produce beyond expectations results for his customers. His focus has always been on his customers or members in the golf club business. The transition from club operator to real estate professional produces opportunities for Douglas to showcase his skills in unreasonable hospitality in order to impress his clients with their real estate desires and transactions. While out of the office, Douglas takes every opportunity to spend time with his four daughters. They have all been born and raised in Scottsdale. Additionally, hiking, fitness and golf are included in his daily routine. Golf will always be a passion in his life and spending time on the course playing a round of golf will continue to be his preferred sporting activity during time away from his real estate career. Douglas has also been a member of the Southwest PGA Foundation Board for 12 years. He has filled the role of Chairman and Honorary Chairman during his tenure. Douglas remains a member of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America and the Southwest Section of the PGA Foundation Board.
