About dpaul
For more than three decades, I've lived in the heart of San Francisco, and now I split my time between there and Sacramento. I have a deep passion for both magnificent cities. I enjoy applying my knowledge of each city's culture, history and topography to the current real estate market conditions to find the perfect solution for my clients' desires and needs, whether they're looking for a stylish loft in San Francisco’s Dogpatch or a classic Eichler mid-century modern home in Sacramento’s South Land Park. 
 
I came into real estate with a long history building products and services for some of the largest companies in the country. My success in that arena came from careful listening to clients' needs, pairing them with a realistic eye to available conditions, and getting all parties on board with the final solution.
