Drea Marcum-Valentine

Drea Marcum-Valentine is a real estate professional serving Hollywood, Northeast Los Angeles, Pasadena and beyond since 2006. Known among her peers for her superior negotiation skills and loyal client relationships, she was awarded the Keller Williams Noel Award for Outstanding Service in 2014. To every transaction, Drea brings a deep understanding of local market sales, pricing and inventory, and a mastery of complex real estate regulations. A native of Pennsylvania and honors graduate of UCLA, Drea spent two years studying language and fashion design in Italy, and began her career in Los Angeles as the owner of a high-end hat and clothing boutique, serving a celebrity clientele and film and TV productions. She also opened the trendy Silverlake store, Clover, and is a proud Silverlake homeowner. She spends her free time with her two college-age children and volunteering for local community organizations, including the Downtown Women’s Center, a shelter that helps women on Skid Row who are struggling to overcome homelessness and poverty.
