Founder Kila Lamadora's own fervor for real estate was ignited by her grandmother's savvy investment skills. As an NYC broker, Kila has seen firsthand the transformative effect on Brooklyn's evolution and has manifested a lifelong passion that she puts into her work from the Pineapple (Hawaii) to the Big Apple (NYC) and multiple major markets in between. Though born and raised in San Francisco, she moved to Bed Stuy over a decade ago and never looked back. Kila is a highly-regarded Brooklyn specialist who has witnessed firsthand how investing in both real estate and community can transform a neighborhood and create exciting new opportunities for everyone.
The Dream Team’s newest agent, Asha Singh, has spent her decade in New York City leading teams and making dreams come true.
