He serves as an adjunct professor at UCF's Dr. Phillips Institute for Research in Real Estate, where he teaches residential real estate investing to upper-level students. Drew serves on the prestigious Dr. Phillips Real Estate Council.  Drew holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and brings an investor's analysis to every transaction, whether it's a primary residence or a portfolio. He is also also a regular voice on the market itself, offering TV commentary on real estate trends and speaking on stage at industry conferences.

Before real estate, He built his career in the music industry and professional sports, which shaped how he approachs clients: high standards, total confidentiality, and results.
