Founder, The Davis Group
A Pasadena native and the son of a real estate broker, Drew Davis developed a passion for real estate early in life. Today, as founder of The Davis Group, he combines that lifelong interest with a background in psychology to better understand his clients’ goals and guide them through important real estate decisions with clarity and strategy.
Drew works alongside his wife and partner, Jordyn Davis, and together they bring more than two decades of experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate throughout North County San Diego. Their work extends beyond traditional brokerage, with a focus on development projects, investment opportunities, and thoughtful home transformations that help maximize property value.
Known for their hands-on approach, Drew and Jordyn help clients see the full potential of a property—from preparing a home to achieve top-dollar results to identifying hidden opportunities for buyers and investors. Their extensive network of trusted professionals ensures that every detail of the process is handled with care.
Drew is also passionate about the connection between home, health, and lifestyle. He believes the spaces we live in should support well-being through thoughtful design, natural light, outdoor living, and environments that promote a balanced, active life.
When he’s not working with clients or overseeing a project, Drew enjoys exercising, being outdoors, listening to music, and spending time with Jordyn and their two active children.
