A Tar Heel turned Texan! For D’Shaun, Dallas is his chosen home. What better person to buy and sell Dallas than the person who uprooted and made it home, first.

D’Shaun considers himself a lifelong learner, teacher, and advisor. Having relocated from North Carolina upon matriculating at the University of National Champions -- excuse me, University of North Carolina, he found himself teaching High School math in both Fort Worth ISD and Dallas ISD. Not only is D’Shaun rooted in data and numbers, with a degree in Music, he brings an innate sense of creativity in everything that he does.

Hanging with Mr. Cooper will provide you with a wide breadth of knowledge in regard to the beauty, charm, and potential in neighborhoods all around the city and across all price points. Having studied the map intimately, D'Shaun is keen to the happenings of the city including new developments, pocket neighborhoods, and other amazing opportunities. Couple that awareness with his ability to negotiate for his clients and diffuse tensions (as only a former high school teacher could), D’Shaun’s clients can only say that he is fair, straight to the chase, honest and achieves results.
