Gina and Jorge Dueñas are the husband-and-wife team behind Dueñas Realty Group with Compass. Together, they deliver a seamless real estate experience built on strategy, advocacy, and care.

With professional backgrounds in technology sales and more than three decades of combined experience living in Austin, Gina and Jorge bring both market expertise and a deep understanding of the city’s neighborhoods to every client relationship. Known for their consultative approach, they focus on clear communication and strong advocacy, guiding clients with confidence through Austin’s competitive market.

In addition to residential real estate, Gina and Jorge co-founded Lyric Commercial Group, where they advise clients in office, retail, industrial, and land transactions across Austin and beyond. Their ability to work across both residential and commercial sectors allows them to serve clients with a wide range of needs and goals.

Their work also extends into the community. Inspired by their three pups, they co-founded For The Pups, a community initiative supporting local rescues, and they actively engage in volunteer and philanthropic efforts that reflect their commitment to giving back.
