Dustin Toale

Launching his real estate career in Chicago, Dustin has served his clients in all capacities, from buying and selling to renting and leasing. In 2018 Dustin joined the Sheahan Group, under the leadership of Tim Sheahan. As a team, The Sheahan Group surpassed $1B in residential sales in 2019. Dustin is a graduate of The University of Northern Iowa, where he received a BA in both real estate and finance.

Within The Sheahan Group, Dustin plays an integral role in assisting buyers and sellers on both resale and new construction properties. Dustin’s keen interest in design allows him to assist both buyers and sellers envision the true potential of their homes. When purchasing new construction, Dustin works hand and hand with buyers and their designers to help select the fixtures and finishes that will adorn their new home.

Dustin lives in the East Lakeview Neighborhood on Chicago’s Northside. His deep appreciation for historic buildings and character has led him to purchase in one of the neighborhood’s pre-war condominiums along Lake Shore Drive. Dustin prides himself on collecting antique and period pieces to furnish his home and pay tribute to the 1920’s detail and character.

Upon moving to Chicago, Dustin became very active in the Chicago sailing community and has completed numerous regattas and the Race to Mackinac over the past years. Dustin is a member of the Chicago Yacht Club and holds various leadership roles within the club. Additionally, while remaining active at his alma mater, he currently sits on the Foundation and Alumni Board of Directors at the University of Northern Iowa.
