Jeffrey Dyksterhouse and his team are thrilled to be part of the COMPASS family. After more than 10 years at Douglas Elliman, where Jeffrey put together and led an award-winning team of top producing brokers, he has decided to take that experience and look to the future. Jeffrey Dyskterhouse: 16+ years of real estate experience, specializing in New York City, Fire Island Pines and South Florida. Prior to real estate, Jeffrey had a fifteen-year career as a Broadway tour manger. Having moved from Michigan to New York City in 1985, Jeffrey knows the city very well, and has managed to maintain his relaxed Midwestern style and values, something of a rarity in the world of real estate.

Danny Sayegh: Born and raised in Westchester County, Danny Sayegh offers clients a lifelong familiarity with the city, a resourceful personality, and a deep passion for helping people. His real estate work is aided by the knowledge and experience that comes from being a founding member and principal agent of The Dyksterhouse Team.  Danny has been instrumental in creating and building the team while at the same time focusing on his own successful residential sales portfolio. 

Ryan Gloor:  One vital core belief defines Ryan’s business approach and ability to get results- listening to each client and working toward exceeding their expectations. His high efficiency and open communication style are based on the understanding that his clients are investing significant time, emotions, and money in hopes of reaching their goals. Ryan’s strong work ethic, knowledge, professionalism, and integrity make the experience rewarding for all. After receiving a degree in marketing and management, Ryan ran thriving businesses in fashion buying and merchandising throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, generating over $500 million in annual sales. His superior skills in market analysis, price negotiation, strategic positioning, and marketing enable him to give his clients exceptional service and outstanding results with a unique global perspective. 

Ryan is a native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn, and lives in a Manhattan co-op on the Upper West Side. He spends his free time enjoying the city and his home in the Hudson Valley with family and friends. Callan Bergmann: In 2018, Callan’s lifelong interest in real estate became a passion project when he purchased his first home. He embarked on a renovation journey, all the while working as a full-time Broadway performer. It was this life-changing experience that shifted his professional focus and ignited a new passion and a new career in real estate. Callan has since taken the dedication, work ethic, and professionalism honed during a decade-long career on the stage and applied them toward helping clients take the next step in both selling and purchasing real estate. He has made a name for himself in the NYC real estate world in a very short amount of time through his impeccable communication skills, impressive networking resources, and kind demeanor. 

Callan has called numerous neighborhoods home during his 14 years in NYC. As an experienced Manhattan landlord, he also brings valuable expertise in the area of investment properties. Reva Cotter: Reva is known for her trustworthy, resourceful and thoughtful approach to people. Customer satisfaction is achieved through the highest level of professionalism while having fun in the process. When not directly working with and thinking about the needs of her clients, Reva enjoys working on writing a book series on the language of consciousness and spirituality, researching potential travel opportunities with her family, biking on Block Island and exploring the yoga community in NYC and beyond. Christopher Breslin: A native New Yorker, Chris grew up in Queens, New York and the Upper West side of Manhattan. Chris attended Boston College and worked for years in the arts and entertainment business as an actor and writer. Having been fascinated his whole life by art and architecture, Chris eventually felt drawn to pursue his license in real estate and make his passion his profession. He has an extensive knowledge of all five boroughs, and he has literally canvassed all of them on feet having run the New York City marathon eight times.His vast knowledge of the boroughs, his insider connections, and his easy demeanor and hard work ethic make Chris the perfect choice for all types of clients. His ability to see all angles of transactions allows him to advocate for sellers, buyers, and renters in any type of deal. Matthew Lerner: Matthew brings a fresh perspective and a commitment to excellence that aligns perfectly with our team’s dedication to providing a seamless, client-first real estate experience. Originally from Albany, NY, Matthew was born into a family of Real Estate agents. Erin P.R Ribeiro: With a background that spans finance, fashion, wellness, and entrepreneurship, I bring a uniquely well-rounded perspective to every real estate transaction. My professional path has taken me from managing trade operations at a hedge fund to founding and running a luxury boutique and private label for over a decade—an experience that shaped not just my business acumen but my approach to service.

Running that boutique meant everything from international travel and vendor sourcing to product design, staffing, inventory management, and cultivating long-term relationships with a global, luxury-minded clientele. It required vision, adaptability, and a deep understanding of how to provide exceptional, high-touch service. I managed every aspect of the business—from creative direction to financial planning—giving me an entrepreneurial foundation that I now apply daily in my real estate work.

Complementing that business background is my experience as a yoga and mind-body instructor. That work taught me how to stay calm in high-pressure situations and how to help others do the same. I bring that same grounded, focused presence to my real estate clients—guiding them through the emotional and logistical complexities of buying, selling, or renting in New York City with clarity and care.

Today, I’m proud to be part of The Dyksterhouse Team at Compass, working with clients across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Whether I’m advising a first-time buyer, coordinating a complex sale, or helping a client transition between homes, I approach each relationship with thoughtfulness, transparency, and strategic insight.
