Dylan Ezzie

Dylan Ezzie has called NYC his home for nearly ten years and recently discovered his passion for real estate while working with WIlliam Bolls as his Transactions Coordinator at Compass, a role that required Dylan to quickly become an expert at the many intricacies of real estate deals. He prides himself on helping both the first time home owner and seasoned investor understand every facet of Manhattan Real Estate and the process they'll undertake on their way to the closing table. He specializes in residential sales throughout Manhattan, especially the Upper West Side, where he works with buyers, sellers, and renters.

Before transitioning into Real Estate, Dylan was a top tiered personal trainer at Equinox. He has worked with movie actors, Broadway stars and multiple well-known news anchors. He strongly believes there is no substitute for hard work when striving to reach your goals, and is committed to creating excellent customer service and cultivating lasting relationships with all of his clients.

When not doing real estate, Dylan is exceptionally passionate about movie collectibles. He owns one of the largest statue / prop collections in the world, and runs a global website with nearly half a million followers. It is nearly impossible for him to attend any comic or horror convention and not be recognized by at least a few fans.
