Dylan Lamb is a Broker Associate at Compass Florida and Team Leader of the Lamb Residential Group, bringing over a decade of experience and a reputation as a true veteran in South Florida real estate. Before co-founding LRG, Dylan owned and operated a successful 30-agent brokerage for six years, giving him a depth of leadership and business insight that few can match.

Together with his wife and business partner, Natalia Lamb, Dylan built the Lamb Residential Group with a clear vision: to create a team rooted in transparency, authenticity, and connection — where every client feels cared for and every advisor is empowered to grow.
