Dylan McDougall

Dylan was raised in San Angelo, Texas. His family were always lovers of music, theater and the arts, therefore music and the arts have always played a big part in Dylan’s passions. Dylan moved to Austin in 2003 to take his musical career to the next level. He spent ten years playing locally and across the country in some of the most iconic venues as the Saxon Pub, The Continental Club and the Austin City Limits Music Festival.  Dylan and his wife enjoy a day of exploring local breweries and distilleries, discovering new restaurants, a night of live music, road trips to West Texas with their son, and entertaining friends and family. Dylan mixed his time in the Music Industry with his professional life in the Hospitality Industry. His hospitality career in Austin began in 2003 at Threadgill's World Headquarters, working at the legendary Austin staple for 15 years. In 2018, Dylan joined VIA 313, who are known to produce the best and most high-quality pizza in town. Dylan spent the end of his journey in the industry as the Food and Beverage Director at River Place Country Club, consistently providing members with unforgettable experiences. Here he was able to focus on what he always thought to be most important, the people. Dylan wants to bring his twenty-five plus years of experience in hospitality and his love for helping and working with people to his other passion and new profession, real estate. Here he can continue to focus on people and create fantastic experiences for his clients and customers. Dylan would like to offer his strong work ethic, and attention to detail in helping clients find their forever homes in the city he has grown to love.
