Ed Boyd

Ed developed a passion for real estate from buying and selling his properties. The first property he purchased in London in 2009 became an investment rental when his career with Spotify took him to Stockholm and Singapore before landing in New York. There, Ed met and married his husband, David. His London property enabled them to secure a downpayment on a 1928 colonial property in New Jersey in 2017, which he lovingly restored over three years, cementing his passion for home renovation and design. In 2020, with their dog Toni in the back seat, they headed west for a fresh start in Westlake Village and bought their first of three local properties which he expertly renovated, gaining top dollar when selling.

In 2022, Ed left corporate life to devote all his time to the property market, fulfilling his long-term dream of working in the industry. Running two successful short-term vacation rentals in the area has given him a strong and practical knowledge of the Conejo Valley real estate market, leading him to obtain his real estate license.
