"The best thing that happened to us in the process of buying a new home and selling our existing home was meeting Eddie Ramirez! "We had known for a while that we wanted to sell our Altadena townhome and move to a single-family home in 2025, preferably staying in the area, but after the January fire, that seemed next to impossible. After knowing Eddie for many years as a friend and having worked with him on the purchase of our townhome 10 years ago, he was the obvious choice to help us. We met with him to get some questions answered, discuss other locations we might be open to, but not necessarily ready to actively start looking. Two days later we got a text asking us to meet him at an address in Altadena. Honestly, we thought we'd look around and let him know everything it was missing from our wish-list….SO not the case!
