I’m Hedilson (Eddy) Vieira, a real estate specialist with more than 20 years of experience as a
realtor in South Florida. Since moving to Miami in 1986, I’ve built a deep understanding of the
local market and a strong network of clients and professionals. Fluent in English, Spanish, and
Portuguese, I serve a diverse and international clientele.

My background includes roles as a sales manager, web designer, and programmer, where I helped
grow a computer company from 1.2M to 15M in monthly sales over seven years. This experience
honed my negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to market properties effectively on
over 25 real estate platforms.

South Florida, including Sunny Isles, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Brickell, Miami Beach, and more. In my
first year as a realtor, I was named one of the top 50 agents out of 3,500 in a major brokerage—a
