About Eden
Eden’s philosophy in life and in real estate is that you need bent knees and a sense of humor. Yes, you need market specific knowledge, honed negotiation skills, tenacity, a bit of creativity and sharp attention to detail, but without the flexibility to shift with the inevitable curve balls and an ability to chuckle while you’re doing it, real estate can be a nightmare. Between her experience, her business knowledge, and her positive attitude, Eden knows exactly what it takes to get the deal done in good time and with a smile.
A 3rd generation Angeleno, Eden has an MBA, a Master’s degree in hotel administration, and over a decade of experience in luxury hotel management with brands such as the Fairmont, The Beverly Hills Hotel, and the Four Seasons. With exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, she speaks the language of both the affluent and the everyday client, delivering a luxury experience from start to finish. In addition, her extensive background in entertainment makes her the ideal real estate agent for industry professionals. As a team lead for the Southern California expansion of Team Schuler (Top 50 Team and Top 3 Compass California Team), she has the backing and resources of the largest brokerage in the US and a team that has closed over $300 million in sales.
In her spare time, Eden and her husband enjoy attending live music events and hiking. They recently hiked the round trip 18 mile trail from the southern rim of the Grand Canyon down to the Colorado river (the floor) and back in a day. With less than 1% of Grand Canyon visitors having accomplished this feat, Eden is comfortable with any challenge thrown at her. She is also an active volunteer member of the production team at her church, ONE, and an avid supporter of the American Heart Association.
