Samantha Engel

Originally from New Jersey, Samantha has lived in various parts of the United States—including Hawaii, South Carolina, and New York—bringing a broad perspective and adaptability to her professional life. She earned an Associate Degree in Business Management from Heald College in Honolulu. In 2015, after returning to New Jersey, she obtained her real estate license and began her career specializing in residential properties.

In 2016, Samantha relocated to Savannah, Georgia, where she spent four years working in residential property management. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of the real estate market, particularly in identifying, acquiring, managing, and selling investment properties. Her background gives her a distinct advantage when advising clients on both personal and investment real estate decisions.

Samantha is passionate about helping individuals and families find their ideal home or next investment opportunity. She currently resides on Wilmington Island, where she enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband, fishing, woodworking in her shop, exploring nature with her dogs, and tending to her backyard flock of chickens.
