Edward Henkin

Ed Henkin is a fourth-generation real estate professional with extensive experience spanning development, renovation, and sales of single-family luxury homes in the premier markets of Miami, Palm Beach, and the Hamptons.

A graduate of Tulane University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Ed's early career involved closing loans for major banks, providing him with a profound understanding of the intricacies of the title and bank loan processes. He began developing luxury properties in 1988 and successfully managed a property management company for 20 years simultaneously.

Ed and his wife, Susan raised their three children in Coral Gables and spent over two decades of summers in the Hamptons, they offer hyper-local knowledge of both key luxury markets. In 2017, Ed transitioned his focus to full-time real estate sales in the Hamptons, and has successfully closed over 100 transactions.

Now based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Ed is joined by Susan to deliver high-touch, concierge-level service. Through their strategic alliance with Compass, they provide their clients with a seamless, expert level of service and market insight across the Hamptons and the Palm Beaches.
