The Coaches Only Program by HOME RUN PROPERTIES. This awesome initiative gives $2,500 back at closing to local kids' coaches when they buy or sell real estate through the program—no hidden fees or hoops, just our way of saying THANK YOU!

Why focus on coaches? Well, they do so much more than teach sports or lead clubs. Whether they’re volunteering for little league, leading a debate team, or guiding young musicians, coaches are shaping the future by instilling values like teamwork, discipline, and leadership. They help mold the character of our next generation!

Here’s why I think this program is a win-win for everyone:

Their daughter, Katie, is a talented pilot for SkyWest, while their son, Kris, is making waves on the baseball field at the College of Idaho.
