After a 33-year career with the United States Postal Service, Ed expanded his focus into real estate sales, property management, and facilities operations. He has successfully represented buyers and sellers in numerous residential transactions, with many involving high six-figure properties throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Ed’s facilities management background gives clients an added advantage. He understands building systems, property condition, renovations, contractor proposals, maintenance concerns, and long-term ownership costs. He is also comfortable helping clients navigate mortgage options, financing, condominium and cooperative fees, and the broader financial considerations that come with buying or selling a home.

Ed holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and is known for providing attentive, one-on-one service. His approach is straightforward: listen carefully, communicate clearly, and help clients make informed, confident real estate decisions.
