"As first-time homebuyers, there were some things we definitely required, and Eileen couldn't have been a better fit for us. The first component of our search was basically understanding the process and navigating some unfamiliar territory. Going to open houses and touring property is easy and fun. Getting pre-approved, understanding the brokerage roles, offer procedures, inspections, and close is a little more complicated. Right away, Ayla and I knew we had chosen the right broker and realty group. Eileen was super accessible and responsive, and at times gave us so much attention that Ayla and I thought we were her only clients! Clearly, that wasn't true, but that level of service speaks to her professionalism and willingness to treat all of her buyers (and sellers) like they were her top priority. We called her in the morning, at night, on weekends, multiple times a day, and she never failed to answer and help us immediately even after closing, with ancillary tasks like a security system. I want to emphasize the level of comfort we had with Eileen immediately. She educated us on the steps needed to move through the home buying process right away, which gave us a good foundation as we started our search. We were able to start providing her with feedback using the Compass site, and what we found most helpful was her attention to our parameters while still expanding our viewing. We had a price range and preferred locations and styles of property, and Eileen made sure to feature those properties while still giving us creative options that we may not have thought of. She scheduled a ton of viewings and was great about making recommendations and giving us her expert opinion on everything from remodeling work to pricing and comparative analysis. It would have been easy for Eileen to show us an expensive option and push us to pursue it aggressively. Instead, she was extremely forthright on a property that may have been overpriced and made sure to keep us comfortable. The house we bought was not the most expensive one we toured, but it is perfect for our needs and price range, and Eileen was a major factor in making that a reality. We love our home, and it was clear Eileen's goal was making sure that was achieved while still balancing the financial responsibility and reality of being a homeowner.
