"Working with Eileen was a joy! She is EXTREMELY responsive and knows the market thoroughly. Eileen made it easy to sell my home by connecting me with a number of trades including stagers, landscapers, and window washers and always kept budget in mind. All of this and at the beginning of the pandemic! I canāt recommend her enough to anyone buying or selling!" - Rob W.

"Eileen sold my property in Dublin, CA in mid-2020, mid-virus. She was a joy to work with, always encouraging, always there to talk me off the ledge if necessary. I would highly recommend her. She has a background in the business side of real estate, so really knows the laws, rules and regulations. I knew that I could count on her for accurate and truthful answers. Plus, she's just a really nice person." - Cheryl W.

"Do you want a great Realtor? Call Eileen Manger, a realtor with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Tri-Valley Realty. She was recommended to me by a neighbor and I was thrilled with the job she did selling my house in Dublin. She was great helping me with all the details from getting the house ready to sell all the way to closing! Eileen suggested a few things I needed to do to improve the appearance of the house and she connected me with the right people to get these completed. I was blown away with her take charge attitude! Her staging of the house, suggestions and presentation during the open house helped me get the best price for my house! Eileen has a wonderful heart and cares about serving you as a client! If you want a great realtor to purchase or sell one of your most valuable assets, call Eileen! You can trust her with getting the job done right! I did and was so pleased with the results! (PS, I never give people reviews online but I was so pleased with all she did to help me, I just wanted to say thanks Eileen and to tell others how she helped me!)" - Jeff W.

Born and raised in San Francisco in a historic Victorian home with her 5 siblings, Eileen Loftus Manger learned early on the meaning of roots, family, and community. The daughter of a mother with amazing design skills and a father who proudly served as a Marine during WWII & Korea before working at Pacific Bell for 45 years, Eileen grew up watching her parentsā dedication to both home and family. They cared for their home for more than 50 years and also managed investment properties, giving Eileen an early understanding of design, hard work, and the practical side of real estateāfoundations that continue to shape how she serves her clients today. Those early lessons in color, design, hard work, and stability continue to shape how Eileen serves her clients today.
