A people person in the truest sense, Eirinn Carroll has always been drawn to relationship building. A former personal trainer who spent a decade pushing people to achieve their personal best, she pivoted into the real estate game in 2020, driven by the same desire to empower people to achieve their goals of homeownership.

Quick to connect, she seeks to comprehend the “why” behind each move. Once she’s gleaned a better understanding of the motivating factors, Eirinn serves as the consummate advocate, leveraging her knowledge to help clients make informed decisions.

Equal parts positive, tireless, and encouraging, Eirinn knows what a privilege it is to help others navigate one of the biggest investments of a lifetime. Given a childhood with numerous relocations up the East Coast, she knows how truly special it is to find a place to call home.
