A true New Yorker, Eithan Davidov was born, raised, and currently resides in Queens, only minutes away from the heart of Manhattan. His love for city life soon produced in him a desire to work in real estate, giving his clients the helping hand they need to navigate through the turbulent markets of New York. Eithan prides himself on his consistent ability to properly represent his clients with utmost transparency, efficiency, and product knowledge. Coming from a family of immigrants, Eithan has an extremely diverse background that has influenced his understanding of the values and needs of different cultures. His versatility has brought him through many doors including the hospitality industry, where he learned the importance of excellent client representation which he uses everyday in the real estate industry.

Eithan attended Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration. Because of his concentration, Eithan is very analytical but also knows and understands good business. He knows that operating with honesty and integrity is what truly gets a good deal done. He’s known to always put his client’s best foot forward when negotiating and transacting a deal.

Eithan’s experience in the real estate industry is extensive to say the least. Whether it be residential sales, investment sales, landlord representation, or commercial retail/office space, he can guide you through the right path towards getting what you want. He’s currently averaging over 50 transactions a year with no plans of slowing down.
When he’s not working, he’s probably reading, exploring new restaurants, traveling the world, or producing music. Eithan loves to start his days with an early morning workout to keep his energy and focus as sharp as possible throughout the day. He’s currently married to his dream girl and spending time with his awesome son!
