Licensed in both New York and Florida, Eleanor has a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the real estate industry and has amassed an impressive track record of closings totalling hundreds of millions.
In addition to her brokerage experience, Eleanor formerly worked for a NYC-based Developer, for whom she oversaw projects including ground-up condominiums and bespoke townhouse renovations and redesigns. From coordinating with engineers, architects and subcontractors; reviewing plans; creating construction schedules and ensuring compliance with city inspections and building codes, Eleanor loves all aspects of development and construction.
Her most recent endeavour has been founding her own development company and the commencement of her first project!
Eleanor speaks English, French and Spanish.
