Eli Stephan

Eli Stephan is an American-Lebanese real estate professional and developer based in Houston,
Texas. He brings a unique blend of discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking to the industry,
shaped by his extensive career as a professional basketball player and entrepreneur.

Eli had a successful basketball career, representing Lebanon's national team and competing at
the club level with top clubs at the national and international level.

Eli permanently moved back to Houston in 2019 and transitioned his focus to real estate and
entrepreneurship.

While playing basketball in Lebanon, Eli pursued entrepreneurial ventures, including:
• Developing a strip mall in 2017 as his first real estate project.
• Founding and managing a soccer club called Nets, featuring rental courts. He successfully
operated it for two years before selling it for profit.
• Venturing into the hospitality industry by co-owning a pub.
• Exploring enterprise networking opportunities in Dubai, which provided valuable business
insights despite limited success.

In 2013, Eli showcased his versatility and charisma by participating in the international show
Dancing with the Stars in Lebanon, demonstrating his ability to thrive in high-pressure,
performance-driven environments.

Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Eli has a global perspective that enhances his ability to
connect with a diverse clientele. He studied Business Administration with a focus on Marketing,
equipping him with the analytical and promotional skills essential for success in real estate.

Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2021, Eli has made significant strides in both residential
and commercial real estate. In 2024, he was recognized as a top producer at his previous
brokerage, excelling in assisting clients with purchasing and selling homes, as well as facilitating
complex transactions involving industrial properties and triple net leases. Eli recently moved to
Compass to elevate his brokerage business and continue expanding his reach in the industry. His
expertise extends to listing industrial spaces, office buildings, and land, showcasing his
versatility across various real estate sectors.
