My father-in-law passed away during the selling process and we needed to travel to London on short notice. Elia was very quick to tell us to not to worry and he would take care of all the tours and assured he would take care of everything and keep us in the loop without us having to do anything. By the time we returned from London Elia worked through every challenge with the one offer we had ensuring he kept our contract and financial needs in mind. During negotiation stage pir buyers lowered their bid after we agreed on a price. Elia went above and beyond to coordinate with the sellers agent to negotiate a lower price for us we only had one offer given the changing market. He and the team worked brilliantly together and thought of a very solution to ensure no one lost out. If anyone could make it happen it was Elia! His determination and hard work really shined through without us even been in the picture. He really helped make our house sell quickly and efficiently which was very admirable.
